Profile Castle Construction, Inc. was founded in 1993 as a Detroit based, minority owned, general contracting construction firm. Our area of expertise is multi-family apartment projects developed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and MSHDA and HOME Fund financing. More recently we have added single family housing developments to our portfolio of projects. Over the years, Castle has earned a well-respected reputation for delivering quality housing, in a timely manner, and at an affordable price. We have completed or have under construction nearly 800 units of multi-family housing, mostly in the Metropolitan Detroit area. As most of these projects are financed with City of Detroit HOME Funds, we have gained extensive experience in the requirements of the City of Detroit’s Executive Order No. 22 and the Davis-Bacon Act. Castle Construction takes pride in its accomplishments and its organization. We believe that the knowledge and experience of our people, and the relationships with our subcontractors and vendors, allows us to provide the most product for the client’s dollar.
