The principal development affiliate of the Phoenix Group Companies is Phoenix Group Consultants, Inc. Founded by Mr. Melvin Washington, Phoenix has assembled real estate professionals specializing in areas of construction management, architecture design, urban planning, real estate finance, accounting, and asset management.

Our clients include non-profit organizations and the private sector. Phoenix’s operations are supported by a fully automated office facility located near Woodbridge in Central Detroit capable of performing all analysis, report preparation and production activities.
